**Job Description:**

As a Social Care Professional - Crisis Intervention with Brook Street Social Care, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides crisis support services to adults in need. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis
  • Collaborating with external agencies to ensure seamless access to resources and activities
  • Developing and implementing individualized recovery plans to promote independence and control

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and guidance to our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a social care setting, preferably with a focus on mental health
  • Strong understanding of mental health issues and therapeutic intervention models
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep ins and waking nights
