About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Northgate Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinical management of the home, overseeing staff performance, patient safety, and service excellence. You will work closely with the Manager to achieve the home's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Clinical Policies
  • Maintain Accurate Records and Reports
  • Lead Clinical Management of the Home
  • Support the Manager to Achieve the Home's Vision

You will have the opportunity to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures that drive service excellence and ensure high standards of patient care. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to maintain effective relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of your responsibilities. We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £48,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and experience.
