We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Care Specialist to join our team at Nexxus Care. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals, assist with eating and drinking, and carry out shopping requirements as needed.
- Support clients with palliative and end-of-life care, providing comfort and dignity throughout their journey.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
