Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled GP Surgery Front Desk Assistant to work with us at Norton Canes Practice, covering reception duties, answering phone calls, and managing patient records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be proficient in using computer systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience working in a front-of-house environment, preferably in a GP Practice, and will have knowledge of medical terminology and care navigation principles.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with comprehensive system training and opportunities for personal development.
