About the Role

We are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work across Cannock and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism, Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour, Dyslexia, ADHD, SEMH, and many more.

Responsibilities
  1. Support pupils in the classroom, small groups, and one-to-one settings.
  2. Work closely with teachers to implement individualised support plans and help students achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  1. A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childhood Studies or a Teaching Assistant course.
  2. Relevant experience working with children with special needs in a school setting.
  3. Desirable: Additional training certificates such as MAPA, Makaton, or Team Teach.
  4. A genuine interest in helping children with extra needs.
What We Offer
  1. A competitive salary of approximately £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
  2. A £100 joining bonus.
