Teaching Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning Assistant to join our team in the South Staffordshire area. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of schools, providing quality support to teachers and pupils. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of students.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils in various schools across South Staffordshire.
  • Utilize your skills and experience to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with educational consultants and other support staff to ensure a seamless delivery of services.

Salary and Benefits:$28-$38 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience). Excellent rates of pay, flexibility, and holiday pay make this an attractive opportunity for teaching assistants looking to expand their experience and skillset. Our recommend-a-friend scheme also offers up to £250 for successful referrals.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
  • Possession of a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
