Learning Support Associate

beBee Professionals in Cannock is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Associate to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Job Overview:- We are looking for an experienced professional to work closely with teachers to support students with special educational needs (SEN).
- You will provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, assisting students in reaching their academic goals.
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social growth and development.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEN.
- Prior experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
- You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- A relevant qualification in education or SEN support is highly desirable.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
