Curriculum Area Learning Assistant

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is looking for a skilled Curriculum Area Learning Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide support in the classroom, create resources, and lead an after-school club.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in education or care homes who are committed to supporting students' academic success.
Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to teaching staff in the classroom
- Creating educational resources to enhance student learning
- Leading an after-school club to promote student engagement
- Supporting students with their personal care and medical needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or recognised equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
