Senior Business Development Manager

At Timely Recruit Limited, we are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on sales to UK mid-market Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with these clients to drive business growth.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a bonus package based on 50% OTE, dependent on experience. Our hybrid working arrangement allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in the UK mid-market Private Equity sector. They will be confident, articulate and able to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with UK mid-market Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies
- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building
- Work closely with the client service team to deliver exceptional customer service
