**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Officer

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Business Development Officer to join our team at Adventure Leisure.

**Location:** Based at our head office in Hemel Hempstead, with frequent travel to meet clients and stakeholders.

**Salary:** £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Brief senior management on market findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
