About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a Senior Business Development Specialist position, focused on driving sales growth within the UK mid-market Private Equity sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives, leveraging market trends and client insights.
  • Critical Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities with UK mid-market Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, client data, and sales performance to inform strategic business decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles within the Private Equity industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in new business development and relationship-building.
  • Strong understanding of the UK mid-market Private Equity landscape and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ambitious and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and business development.
