Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive HR administration and general HR assistance across the UK&I Business Units and broader HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate HCM data in SuccessFactors Employee Central with attention to detail.
  • Manage the HR inbox with timely communication, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.
  • Support associate administration including contracts, benefit platform updates, and employee data management.
  • Contribute to talent and development programmes designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, demonstrating a strong right first-time mentality.
  2. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, providing advice on topics such as maternity policy and sickness & absence policy.
  3. Excellent IT skills, including experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and ADP iHCM2 Payroll.
