HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive HR administration and general HR assistance across the UK&I Business Units and broader HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate HCM data in SuccessFactors Employee Central with attention to detail.
- Manage the HR inbox with timely communication, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.
- Support associate administration including contracts, benefit platform updates, and employee data management.
- Contribute to talent and development programmes designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, demonstrating a strong right first-time mentality.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, providing advice on topics such as maternity policy and sickness & absence policy.
- Excellent IT skills, including experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and ADP iHCM2 Payroll.
