Our Haulfryn family has a fantastic opportunity for a part time (6-Month Fixed Term Contract) **HR Administrator (21 hours per week) **to join our growing team at our friendly support office in Maidenhead.

The** **HR Administrator will deliver a proactive and flexible HR administration and support service to the overall team members' life cycle whilst contributing to the achievement of the people plan, HR team goals and business goals.

**What Will You Do**
- Provision of HR Administration support through the team member lifecycle to ensure people data and records are fully up to date including accurate and timely people data processing on the HR system; production of letters and correspondence (including offers; new starters; leavers; team member changes; references; mail merge letters), benefits admin (discount, pensions etc) updating organisation charts; general filing and maintenance of HR data records and files.
- Ensure all relevant checks and administration relating to employment legislation are completed in a timely manner, and kept up to date - including right to work checks, DBS checks, driving license checks.
- Provide some administration support for Learning and Development as required
- Other adhoc HR Admin support and HR projects.

**What Will You Bring**
- A sound administrative background with experience in a HR team or similar function
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite - Word (advanced), Powerpoint (intermediate) and Excel (intermediate/advanced) skills, Outlook (advanced), OneDrive, Teams, Yammer
- Experience of working with HR systems inc data entry and reporting advantageous.
- Experience of working in high volume (especially new starters/ team member changes) HR admin role highly desirable.
- High level numeracy and excellent literacy skills
- Part/full CIPD qualification advantageous but not essential
- Experience of video conferencing and expense systems desirable - Teams, Zoom and Concur experience desirable
- Good organisational and diary management skills (ideally including managing the diaries of others)
- High levels of flexibility and adaptability
- Flawless communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise a changing workload, working with pace and a positive energy and outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Is able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business
