We’re seeking a motivated administrator with a passion for the environment and making a difference. This person will report to the Internal Delivery Manager and Head of Operations providing administrative support across the team and wider business.

To be successful in this position٫ you should have previous experience owning the full variety of office, operational, administration and customer service-related activities if you are motivated and enjoy working in a team environment٫ we’d like to meet you.

**You Will**
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations
- Provide administrative support to the Internal Delivery Manager
- Provide HR administrative support where necessary
- Assist in the administration of internal training records
- Assist in the implementation of IT software
- Aid the Head of Operations in the continued maintenance of the ISO certification.
- Satisfy the administrative compliance and quality needs of the business.
- Take responsibility for our GDPR compliance
- Take responsibility for waste and environmental returns
- Assist in the development of processes to ensure that product and service quality, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction are maintained
- Prepares and books any travel arrangements as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer service
- Provide office support, ordering stationery, booking internal meetings, looking after clients on site
- Assist in facilities management, overseeing the external contractors
- Assist in fleet management, maintenance and servicing of the vehicles

- Keen eye for detail
- High level of IT competency
- Well organised and highly practical with an ability to ‘roll your sleeves up’
- A confident and proactive self-starter with a passion for learning and problem-solving
- Brilliant with people and enjoy working with customers

**You Have**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take ownership.
- Right to work in the UK
- Competent user of Microsoft office suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
