Ad Warrior Ltd Accounts Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team at Ad Warrior Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including sales ledgers, purchase ledgers, data input, costing analysis, payroll, and general administration.

Key Duties:
  • Sales Ledger Management:
      Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales ledgers, ensuring timely reconciliations and effective management of customer payments.
  • Purchase Ledger Management:
      Oversee the maintenance of purchase ledgers, ensuring accurate recording of supplier invoices and payments.
  • Data Entry:
      Perform efficient and accurate data entry tasks, including processing invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents.
  • Costing Analysis:
      Conduct thorough costing analyses to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Payroll Processing:
      Manage payroll processes, including employee record-keeping, payment processing, and statutory compliance.
  • Administrative Support:
      Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records, responding to queries, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office Skills:
      Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Sage Line 50 Experience:
      Prior experience with Sage Line 50 is highly desirable.
  • Organisation and Time Management:
      Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Package:
  • Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.
