Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Red Rhino Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our internal and external sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales teams, including order processing and entry on our internal system.
  • Engage with clients over the phone to improve the customer experience.
  • Handle customer queries, faults, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
  • Provide first-class customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand, upholding the high standards of interaction that our clients expect from us.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar support administration role.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and also work independently.
  • Natural problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Basic IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft packages.
