**Financial Operations Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at CV Screen Ltd. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
  • Assist with financial transactions, such as invoicing, reconciliations, and bank statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a financial administration role, preferably in the property management sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including accounting packages and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
