Position Overview

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in our Installation and Maintenance Operations Team, contributing to the smooth management of daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of operational activities within the team.
  • Collaborate with various departments, installers, and external partners to ensure project adherence.
  • Review and process compliance reports from retail fixture installations.
  • Address and resolve compliance issues that may arise during installations.
  • Oversee administrative tasks for installers, including hotel bookings and managing parking fines.
  • Coordinate and manage airport booking systems, ensuring timely compliance with pass deadlines.
  • Assist in the resource allocation and scheduling of installation teams.
  • Prepare stock for a variety of installation projects alongside the installation teams.
  • Develop skills as a Business Administrator with potential for career advancement within the organization.
