Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. This key role will support the Sales Manager in driving business growth, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and report on new business pipelines, identifying key decision-makers and researching leads.
- Send out prospect emails and conduct initial calls to drive new business opportunities.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and meeting actions to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Support lead generation activities, creating and preparing proposal documents and presentations.
- Assist the Sales Manager with reporting and administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Relevant experience in Executive Administration, prospecting for new business appointments, and pipeline management.
- Aptitude, skills, and abilities: Super-efficient, great communicator, highly organized, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

- Competitive salary: £30,000-£35,000.
