FryerMiles Recruitment is partnering with a leading educational institution to assist with the recruitment of a Financial Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role involves working during school term times and will be responsible for managing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To process financial transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • To manage financial data, including budget allocation and forecasting.
  • To coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, adhering to GDPR procedures and organizational policies.
  • To prepare and process financial reports, including invoices and payments.
  • To assist with the organization of financial projects, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • To provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • To maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
