Learning Support Assistant - Primary School
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at our primary school in London.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs, with a strong focus on promoting positive student outcomes.
Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of EHCPs and behaviour management strategies, providing individualized support during lessons, and collaborating with classroom teachers to develop learning materials.
About the Role:- Support students with SEN to access the curriculum
- Deliver one-on-one or small group support during lessons
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop learning materials
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students with SEN
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Experience working with students who require additional support
- Proactive approach to delivering assistance to children every day
A daily salary range of £85-£115 is offered for this position.
