English Teacher for Students with Special Needs

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of teaching English to students with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional or behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and engaging English lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, confidence, and a love for learning.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and external specialists to provide holistic support for students with SEN.
- Engage with parents and carers to discuss student progress and support strategies.

Requirements:

Salary: Competitive (£35,000 - £50,000 per annum), dependent on experience.
