About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in their learning activities, both in group settings and one-to-one
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure best possible outcomes for students
  • Provide emotional and social support to students as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Relevant experience working with children or individuals with SEND
  • Safeguarding and child protection training
Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Full-time hours, Monday to Friday. Potential for additional training and development opportunities.
