Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of belonging among students.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, with a strong understanding of their unique challenges and requirements.
