beBee Professionals in London is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
