Job Role: Special Needs Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Special Needs Education Support Assistant. As a Special Needs Education Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
  • Help students develop their social and emotional skills
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with students with special needs
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to support students
