Learning Assistant for Students with Special Needs

We are seeking a Level 2 Learning Assistant to support children with Education Health Care Plans in our Year 4 class at All Saints CE Primary School & Nursery.
About the Opportunity:
This term-time only position offers the successful candidate the chance to work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality education to students with EHCPs.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with EHCPs in a year 4 classroom environment
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver individualized learning plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
