About the Team:
The Wayman Learning Trust's specialist SEN school in Ealing is a dynamic and supportive team that prioritizes the well-being and success of its students. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers and specialists to create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes inclusivity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- ASSIST STUDENTS DURING LESSONS AND PROVIDE GUIDANCE ON DAILY ACTIVITIES
- COLLABORATE WITH TEACHERS AND SPECIALISTS TO DEVELOP EFFECTIVE LEARNING STRATEGIES
- PROMOTE A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT BY FOSTERING INDEPENDENCE AND CONFIDENCE IN STUDENTS
- PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSESSMENT AND MONITORING OF STUDENT PROGRESS
Requirements:
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATION OR SOCIAL CARE IS ESSENTIAL
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- A COMMITMENT TO INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AND THE ABILITY TO MODULATE SUPPORT STRATEGIES ACCORDINGLY
Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum.
