Senior Business Growth Executive

We are looking for a Senior Business Growth Executive to join our team at Baltic Apprenticeships. As a key member of our Enterprise team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base within a designated territory.
In this role, you will develop new businesses in the Enterprise market, utilising your expertise in social selling and consultative sales methodology. You will be able to build robust relationships with clients, generate high-quality opportunities and maintain accurate activity and pipeline records using CRM software.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of our apprenticeship programmes and the value they can provide Enterprise businesses. They will be able to clearly articulate the Baltic value proposition and provide expert advice to clients on how to utilise the Apprenticeship Levy effectively.
Responsibilities- Develop new businesses in the Enterprise market, influencing a broad spectrum of industries
- Utilise social selling tactics on platforms such as LinkedIn to build a personal brand and establish yourself as a thought leader in our industry
- Use consultative sales methodology throughout your sales approach to effectively build robust relationships and generate high-quality opportunities
The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
