Business Growth Executive-Waste Sector Expert

Bis Henderson is seeking an experienced business development professional to lead our growth efforts in the liquid waste sector. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the waste industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving new business growth.
About the Job:
This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability through the sale of liquid waste services. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
* Provide regular updates on progress against targets and goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or environmental science)
* 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
* Proven track record of driving new business growth and revenue expansion
* Strong understanding of the waste industry and its regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus (up to £12,000)
