Job Overview

We are seeking an Estates Officer (Operations) to work alongside professionals who prioritize delivering exceptional service. Your role will involve specific objectives and responsibilities, requiring fundamental knowledge of healthcare estates installations, breakdowns, and maintenance procedures, as well as prioritization skills.

In addition to technical expertise, you should possess good IT and communication skills, and be prepared to participate in an on-call rota.

The successful candidate must have:

Qualifications
  • Degree in electrical or mechanical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Industrial Management Certificate or significant experience in a Building and Information or Engineer Technician position
