Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Specialist to join our ICR team in Carnforth.
This role will support the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring safe and profitable delivery of services. The successful candidate will take ownership of project lifecycles from quoting to final invoicing.
The main tasks include:
- Providing technical and operational support in compiling quotes, proposals, and tenders.
- Supporting HSEQ audits, improvement plans, site visits, and ensuring NCRs or similar are actioned as required.
- Managing workshop activities, ensuring all work is carried out to company standards and equipment is mobilized on time.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge and experience of UK Oil and Gas maintenance practices and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels and external contacts.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
