About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Carnforth. As a key member of our ICR Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and profitable delivery of ICR services.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the day-to-day management of projects and operations, working closely with our Operations Manager to ensure seamless project execution.

Main tasks include:

  • Providing technical and operational support in quote compilation, proposal development, and tender submission.
  • Supporting HSEQ audits, improvement plans, site visits, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Managing workshop activities, ensuring all work is conducted according to company standards and equipment is mobilized on time.
  • Overseeing ad-hoc projects and supporting other business lines as required.
  • Preparing workpacks, including implementation procedures, plans, engineering drawings, equipment lists, and materials as necessary.
