We are seeking an ambitious and hardworking Operations Management Trainee to join our team at Tarmac Trading Limited. In this exciting role, you will support Site Managers, Maintenance Managers, and Operations Managers in leading teams and managing site functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting operational teams across our sites.
  • Assisting with production planning and coordination.
  • Developing expertise in producing concrete, aggregates, asphalt, and building products.

Requirements:

  • Able to work outdoors and in office settings.
  • Must be 18 years old by September 2025 and have GCSEs A-C/9-4 in English and Maths.
