Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quarry Manager to join our team at Leapers Wood Quarry in Lancashire. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the quarry, while also driving business growth and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with experience in quarrying operations and a strong understanding of the industry.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in quarrying operations, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of skilled professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions, while also prioritizing business growth and continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business) preferred.
