Quarry Manager Job Opportunity

Tarmac Trading Limited is recruiting a highly skilled Quarry Manager to lead our operations team in Lancashire.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing operational plans to meet business objectives.
  • Leading and motivating a team of staff to achieve high performance standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quarry operations, a strong track record of leadership, and a deep understanding of industry regulations.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
