Job Summary:

As a Residential Youth Care Specialist, you will provide guidance and support to young people aged 8-18 who require additional care and attention due to social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

You will develop and implement personalized care plans, maintain a safe and secure living environment, and foster positive relationships with the children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing customized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Ofsted standards, and company policies.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the home, prioritizing the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Engaging with children, promoting positive relationships, and creating a supportive environment.
  • Providing supervision and support to children, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to ensure effective communication and support.
