We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our ICR Operations team in Carnforth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workshop activities, applying HSEQ controls, and performing QA/QC checks on all product and service lines. You will also manage inventory movements, allocate personnel to jobs, and maintain site equipment according to Company standards.

About the Role
  • Supervise workshop activities, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Apply HSEQ controls and perform QA/QC checks on all product and service lines.
  • Manage inventory movements, including Goods-In/Out Procedure.
  • Allocate personnel to jobs, ensuring timely completion and client deadlines.
  • Maintain site equipment, ensuring adherence to Company standards.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical workshop experience, a strong background in mechanics, and excellent time management skills. They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have experience with time writing management systems.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical workshop management.
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ controls and QA/QC procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Estimated salary: £50,000 per annum.
