We are currently seeking an Estates Officer (Operations) to join our team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity requires a skilled individual with a strong background in healthcare estates installations, breakdowns, and maintenance procedures. As an Estates Officer (Operations), you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of comprehensive maintenance and installation services across the Trust's estates.

Your responsibilities will include participating in an on-call rota, utilizing your IT and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, and contributing to the development of maintenance and installation plans.

Person Specification

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Qualifications
  • Degree in electrical or mechanical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Industrial Management Certificate or significant experience in a Building and Information or Engineer Technician position
Experience
  • Engineering Project Management Experience

We anticipate that the salary for this role will be around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on experience.
