Diagnostic Ultrasound Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Imaging Specialist to join our Multi-disciplinary Ultrasound Team at the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment with a wide range of ultrasound competencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging and be able to assess patients' conditions to achieve optimum examination results. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to interpret clinical information to ensure correct technique.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of areas, including General Medical and Obstetrics/Gynaecology. You will be working with state-of-the-art equipment and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

The salary for this position is approximately £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience.
