About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Growth Manager to join our team at Nicholas Associates in Warwick. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our client's existing key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

You will lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, developing and implementing strategic account plans to maximize growth opportunities within existing key accounts.

We are looking for an 'ideas' person, someone who is questioning and curious, a strategic thinker who can successfully mentor, coach and develop others.
