About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Accountable Recruitment. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies that support our business goals and ensure a fair and compliant workplace.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
Requirements:
