Human Resources Director

We're seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our human resources functions and drive business growth. As our ideal candidate, you'll possess a strong background in HR, particularly within a manufacturing or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Talent Acquisition: Attract and retain top talent to keep our business growing. You'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best people for our team.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies that support our business goals and ensure a fair and compliant workplace.
- Operational Support: As a key player in a small business, you'll be involved in day-to-day operations, providing hands-on support wherever needed.
Requirements:
