**HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Accountable Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals and ensure a fair and compliant workplace.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Recruitment & Retention: Attract and retain top talent to support our business growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best people for our team.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies that support our business objectives and ensure a fair and compliant workplace.
- Hands-On Support: As a key player in our organization, you will be involved in day-to-day operations, providing hands-on support wherever needed.
Requirements:
- HR Expertise: A strong background in HR, particularly within a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Proactive Attitude: Someone who is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and communicate effectively with employees and management alike.
