The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of UK employment law and its practical application, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ER Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues. They will provide expert advice to managers on ER matters, ensuring legal compliance and best practices are followed.

The ER Manager will work closely with the Senior HR team, line managers, and senior leadership to deliver fair and consistent resolutions while ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with senior leadership, line managers, and HR Business Partners to proactively manage ER issues.
