About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Risk Management Specialist to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on a broad range of data-related issues, including risk assessment, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Legal & Compliance, and other stakeholders to assess and mitigate risks, advise on policy exceptions, and handle employee impacts arising from business restructuring activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively provide advice and support on data-related issues across the EMEA region.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal & Compliance to assess and mitigate risks.
  • Advise on the data impact of organizational change.
  • Support the Regional Head of ER in defining and executing the ER strategy for EMEA.
  • Use the ER case management system to log matters and develop proactive strategies.
  • Interpret, communicate and maintain ER policies and processes.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in data risk management and advisory services.
  • Sound understanding of relevant EMEA employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent consultative, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Analytical and creative mindset.
  • Able to independently juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
