Job Title: Financial Risk Strategist

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with finance, operations, legal, and compliance teams to assess risks and develop strategies to protect the business from potential losses. Your expertise will guide informed decision-making and help the company maintain resilience in an evolving market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and evaluate operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risks.
  2. Mitigation Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive risk management strategies that mitigate identified risks.
  3. Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor the company's risk profile and develop regular risk reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  4. Risk Training and Workshops: Lead risk management workshops and training sessions for employees to cultivate a risk-aware culture across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Risk Assessment Expertise: Strong experience in conducting risk assessments across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
  • Mitigation Strategy Development: Proven ability to design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Data Analysis and Scenario Planning: Experience with data analysis, scenario planning, and stress testing to evaluate potential risks.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of Experience: In risk management, with hands-on experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in industries such as finance, insurance, healthcare, or technology.
