About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering risk management services to clients across various sectors, including energy, renewables, defence, rail, and utilities. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as experience working with Project Controls methodology and risk management interactions.

Key responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and prioritizing threats, opportunities, and issues, maintaining visibility of risk trigger points for timely risk budgeting, developing and implementing risk management responses with measurable outcomes, and monitoring overall risk exposure and assessing against remaining risk budget and timeline. You will also be required to produce timely risk reports for senior management action and facilitate risk and scenario analysis workshops. Additionally, you will develop proactive threat mitigation and opportunity exploitation strategies and perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, including probabilistic modelling. The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a generous pension scheme.
