Employee Relations Manager

Anderson Knight is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their HR team. As the go-to expert for employee relations, you will handle a diverse range of cases from disciplinaries and grievances to complex performance and absence management.

You will work closely with the Senior HR team, line managers, and senior leadership to deliver fair and consistent resolutions while ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a variety of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
  • Provide expert advice to managers on ER matters, ensuring legal compliance and best practices are followed.
  • Work on the development and refinement of ER-related policies and procedures, ensuring they align with both legal standards and organisational values.
  • Communicate and roll out policy updates, providing training and support to managers as needed.
  • Ensure all ER activities are in line with UK employment law and internal policies, minimizing risk to the organisation.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends in ER cases and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of ER processes.
  • Work with the broader HR team to develop strategies that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work culture.
