Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team. This role will involve leading disciplinary and grievance cases, providing expertise to key stakeholders, and working on redundancy and restructuring cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical employment policy and employee relations knowledge, a collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills.

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of expertise and support to key stakeholders, coaching teams on best practice, and working on complex cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on disciplinary, grievance, and appeal cases
  • Advising on complex sickness and disability cases
  • Working on redundancy and restructuring cases
