Human Resources Manager

Amazon, a leading e-commerce company, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations and Diversity Manager to join its UK-based team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in employee relations, labor relations, and labor/employment law. Strong communication, influencing, and networking skills are essential for success in this role. The successful applicant will work directly with Amazon employees at all levels, addressing concerns through listening sessions, conflict resolution, and one-on-one coaching.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver positive employee relations trainings and communications.
- Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and foster positive relations with third-party partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Proven track record in crisis management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and HR information systems.
